Please carefully read the following terms before booking your vehicle. By placing your order means you have read, understood and agreed.

100% payment in advance. For coasters, hiace, SUVs, Land cruiser, Prado etc, 70% advance payment at time of booking and 30% payment at the time of trip start. The driver shall collect the 30% balance payment before departure.
100% payment in advance . For sedans, Toyota Corolla, Yaris, Honda etc, 50% advance payment at time of booking and 50% payment at the time of trip start. The driver shall collect the 50% balance payment before departure.
Booking is considered confirmed only after make advance payment.
Copy of ID card or Passport must needed at time of booking.
Fuel mileage shall be determined from our office. Starting from office to back office. The customer shall return fuel tank full at the end of day. The customer shall return fuel tank full at the end of day.
Haider car rental & tours offer only chauffer driven services only. The customer are not allowed to drive the vehicle.
The vehicle shall not be use to carry more passenger than the registered capacity of vehicle.
Do not use the vehicle on rent for any illegal purpose.
Vehicle usage in major cities of Pakistan is limited to 8-10 hours per day. Any usage beyond that will be subject to overtime charges, depending on the vehicle, as per company policy.
Driver food will be provided by customer.
In city any parking charges, entrance of any park, museum etc tickets will be provided by customers.
A penalty of 30% of total rental amount shall be charged Incase of cancellation.
Incase of night stay (outstation) driver accomodations, food allowance will be provided by customers.
Do not leave valuable items like mobile, laptops, cameras, wallets etc in the car with driver in the vehicle. The company shall not be responsible for any loss or any damage.
Company have rights to change the driver or vehicle without any prior notice Incase of any technical issue in vehicle.
The company drivers are not allowed to carry any goods other then luggage loading or unloading.
Smoking in not permitted in any vehicle regardless of the presence of a sticker
Rs. 1000/- car wash/service charged for any car decorations in wedding, events etc.
